It's definitely still being developed and Redamz' hiatus ended back in April It will, most likely, be split up into two parts now, as he wants to switch to a newer version of Unity, but that would basically require him to start over almost from scratch, so he's considering finishing part 1 in the current engine probably after chapter 5 ends , and then switch to the newer version for part 2.
